Departing from, and returning to Noosa, this full-day air safari is for walkers who are short on time but serious on adventure. Tick trekking Carnarvon Gorge off your bucket list without enduring thousands of kilometres of road travel, and days needed to get there and back.
You’ll have your own private eco-guides to greet you at our landing strip as you step off the plane and to guide you through the national park on the trek itinerary of your choice.

A minimum of 4 participants is required and a maximum of 10. If you have your own group of friends or family we can organise a private departure at a date and fitness level that suits.

Our flight today departs Noosa Aerodrome at 07:30.
A complimentary shuttle transfer will pick you up 15minutes prior from either Noosa Marina or Noosa Heads bus exchange
From your armchair in the sky, sit back and enjoy the early morning views over the volcanic-mountain-studded Noosa hinterland.
We’ll fly over the beautiful Mary River Valley, known as the food bowl of the Capricorn region.
Here, rugged mountains give way to gently undulating farm land where dairy cattle thrive, as we make our way to the Central Highlands, the gateway to the Outback.
On approaching the Carnavon National Park we’ll land on a private air strip near the entrance to the Gorge section, at Ingelara Station.

Over the breakfast break, your guide will introduce you to the day’s programme and experience.
The final walk decided on will depend upon the choice and fitness levels of the group as declared when booking.
Expect the day’s walk to be from 5-6 hours long, or from 7-12 kms, with snack and lunch breaks. Suggested walks:
Longer more challenging treks will require an overnight stay at the gorge for an early start. Suggested walks:
Breakfast and lunch boxes will be provided but please bring along your preferred snacks and water bottles.
Your journey ends on arrival at Noosa.
There will be a complimentary shuttle to drop you off at either the Noosa Heads Bus Exchange or the Noosa Marina in Tewantin.
